Apply

All new and returning students must submit a Fullerton College application online.

Financial Aid

Apply for financial aid. Eligibility for assistance is based on federal and state guidelines. For assistance, visit the Financial Aid Office
in Building 100, Room 115.

Orientation

Take the new student Online Orientation to familiarize yourself with the campus and pertinent information to make your transition to Fullerton College as easy as possible.

Assessment

Fullerton College uses high school coursework, grades, and GPA to place students into Math, English and Reading courses instead of standardized test.

Counseling

All new students must attend online group advising and meet with a counselor virtually to develop a Student Educational Plan.

MyGateway

Login to myGateway student portal to update personal information such as email, phone number and mailing address.

Register

New and returning students will be notified by email of their registration appointment. All students register for classes in myGateway.

Tuition

Pay fees in myGateway or by mailing a check or money order to complete your registration.
Admission to Fullerton College is open to any individual with a high school diploma or GED or to K-12 students under the special admit and dual enrollment programs. New and returning students can complete a free application online and can begin registering for classes after completing just a few simple steps. Get started today!

Costs to Attend

Enrollment Fee

California residents pay just $46 per unit and non-resident tuition starts at $265 per unit plus enrollment fees.

Health Fee

The Fullerton College health fee is $21 per term for Fall and Spring and $18 per Summer term. This fee covers numerous health and wellness services that are available online.

Annual Fees

Resident students enrolled full-time (12 units) can expect to spend approximately $1,142 per year on fees when enrolled in the fall and  spring semesters.

Non-resident tuition for students enrolled full-time for fall and spring semesters is approximately $7,118.

Financial Aid

Financial aid is available to students in the form of grants, scholarships, work study and student loans. Additional financial aid is available at this time in response to COVID-19. The first step to receiving financial aid is to apply! You can apply for federal and state financial aid through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) with Fullerton College’s code 001201. First-time freshmen may qualify for two free years of tuition at Fullerton College! Please visit the Promise Program’s website to learn how to be eligible! Fullerton College also works with local high schools to help high school students take advantage of dual enrollment programs, which allows teens to earn college credit while they are still in high school – for free!

Registration Dates

Fall registration begins in late June, Spring registration begins in late November and Summer registration begins in late April or early May. All students will receive their registration appointment by email or via myGateway. For all important dates and deadlines view the current class schedule.
